Pierced Ciderworks is located in the historic part of downtown Fort Pierce area formerly known as the Fishing Village or now known as Edgartown. We converted this 117 year old building, originally owned by the famous photographer Harry Hill, into a unique cidery. The decor is industrial with details in every nook and corner. You really need to see the place in person to truly appreciate it.

Our ’Merican version of a timeless classic inspired by England's most beloved adult beverage. We kept this cider very straight forward. Not too sweet, not too dry. A well balanced light, crisp apple flavor. A smooth mouthfeel along with a clean finish and no aftertaste.

Tropical Coconut in a glass. This cider has turned many people’s mind about cider in general. The nose of this cider is very coconut forward, but so well balanced that when you take a sip you are not overcome with sweetness. A very well balanced cider that represents our roots here in sunny Florida. Great for the beach, pool, or just a Monday night. A slightly silky mouthfeel with a pleasant aftertaste.

We brought the northern blackberry to Florida. A stunning deep violet color that comes from 100% all natural blackberries. A creative balance of sweet, tart, touch of tanginess that brings no bitterness to it at all. The mouthfeel is a The finish is a subtle taste of blackberry.
